What dispatch hears week after week.

What does the visit fee pay for?

A technician with a meter standing at your machine, the broken part named in everyday words, and a repair price on paper. Go ahead and the visit fee disappears into that price. Turn the repair down and you owe that one fee, diagnosis included.

Do Yelm and Steilacoom cost more than Lacey?

They do not. Our ring extends about thirty minutes from our Marvin Rd shop in every direction, and everywhere in it the terms match: no mileage row, nothing for gravel, a gate or the hill down to the ferry.

How soon can a technician get here?

Refrigerators that are warming go to the top of the board, so phone before 11 and expect a same-day slot. Other machines fit inside the week, often the next day. Lacey, the lakes, Hawks Prairie and East Olympia are the closest stops.

Will you name a price from a description?

A description gets you a rough read on small versus large. The real price waits for the meter and lands on the ticket, and no job here is priced from a phone symptom.

Our house has a well and a septic tank. Does that matter?

Quite a bit. Iron and hard minerals coat dishwasher elements, choke the fill valves on ice makers and stain washer drums. A softener out of salt shows itself in the dishwasher first, and a septic field limits what should go down its drain. We test the part, replace what failed and tell you plainly whether your water treatment is keeping pace.

The refrigerator quit after the windstorm. Is it done for?

Rarely. Three usual suspects: an overload tripped by a compressor restarting under pressure, a relay the control board let go, and a GFCI opened out in the garage. The visit sorts out which one, and the answer is usually a part, not a replacement.

Our propane range burns with a yellow flame. Fix it or replace it?

Fix it, almost always, and the fix is small: a worn orifice, a tired regulator or a natural-gas-to-propane swap that was never finished. Yellow flame throws soot, so call before it blackens the pans and cabinet fronts.

Our house is down a long driveway, past a locked gate.

Send the code or directions with the request, by form or phone, and the technician leaves the shop already knowing them. The invoice has no row for gates, driveways or private roads.

I rent near Saint Martin’s. Who says yes to the repair?

Your landlord or property manager, by phone or email. You let the technician in, a photo and the price go to the owner, the owner says yes, and work begins. The owner’s email receives the invoice and the warranty term.

Does a Samsung, LG or Whirlpool office stand behind you?

No. We are an independent Lacey shop and say so plainly. Every brand gets the same routine here: meter, one written price, written warranty. If a maker’s coverage might still apply to your machine, you hear about it before any money changes hands.

Which appliances are off your list?

Microwaves, wine coolers, freestanding ice machines, heat pumps, softeners with their iron filters, water heaters, disposals, RV and boat units and restaurant gear. What we do repair: washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators (freezers included), ranges with wall ovens and cooktops, and the ice maker in the fridge.

What if the van does not carry the part?

We place the order and come back to complete the job. The extra visit costs you nothing, and the approved price stays put.

How does the warranty work?

It covers the repair we performed, and the invoice states how long. If that same fault returns during the period, we come back at no cost to you.

Do you tell people when a machine is past saving?

Yes, on the doorstep. Nobody here sells appliances, which removes any reason to push a new one or to patch up a machine that is done. The diagnosis fee covers the visit, advice included.

How do I pay?

When the test cycle is done, settle up by card, cash or check. We ask for nothing ahead of time and nothing for calling. An owner who is away pays from the emailed invoice.

Warm fridge, a drum of standing water, a dryer that blows cool?

One call sets a two-hour window. The technician arrives with a meter, the fix is priced on the ticket with the visit fee already tucked into it, and the invoice spells out the warranty. Yelm and Ruddell Rd get identical terms.
