What arrives with a request
Booking means handing over some details: your name and phone number, the street address where the machine stands, what the machine is and how it misbehaves, plus, occasionally, a code for the gate and a warning that a dog lives there. We use them to dispatch the van, price the repair, do the work and email your invoice with its warranty term. Nothing beyond that is requested, and your record is deleted once the warranty term runs out.
Who can read it
Just two systems: the software we run dispatch and billing on, and the web-form service that hands your message to the shop inbox. Nobody outside those two sees it. Mailing lists are never sold, rented or swapped, and marketing messages are simply not sent. When a job closes, the gate code attached to it is wiped.
